Asset College has partnered with 3CIR, combining the best in support for ex-serving military personnel in Australia and New Zealand with nationally recognised qualifications.
3CIR (Courage, Commitment, Comradery, Integrity and Respect). 3CIR’s name, and the driving force behind everything they do.
3CIR was founded by ex-serving military personnel from the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces, with the primary goal of helping current and former serving men and women transition into civilian life smoothly through education.
While challenging and rewarding, careers in defence are unique and many of the skills and qualifications received during service are not often recognised by civilian employers. This gap in support is bridged through 3CIR. The team’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services help transfer valuable skills and knowledge into nationally accredited qualifications.
