About This Training Partner
Asset College has partnered with Brisbane Security Group, industry experts in security and First Aid in Brisbane. ASSET has a long standing relationship with BSG’s owner, Michelle Bowker and we are excited to be able to further extend this relationship through our partnership.
Michelle has decades of experience in high-level roles. She was a field medic for the UN and is qualified at all levels First Aid, EMT, Ambulance Officer, Security and Risk as well as Fire and Rescue.
Michelle now passes this knowledge along to her team at Brisbane Security Group as well as running public courses for lots of different organisations. Michelle’s organisation even has a specialised cyber security division.
Qualifications Delivered

- Provide First Aid in remote or isolated site
- Provide Advanced First Aid
- Occupational First Aid Skill set

- Manage conflict and security risks using negotiation
- Determine and implement response to security risk situation
- Maintain operational safety and security of work environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
About This Partnership
Michelle has been working as a Security and First Aid trainer for Asset College for a number of years. Brisbane Security Group (formerly known as Loish Consulting) has also been a great company for our graduates to get a start in the security industry, picking up crowd control gigs with the business.
